For companies entirely focused on mobile devices, the dedicated mobile-only BE6110, with its ability to accept either SD or HD input and output sub-megabit baseline code targeted to any mobile screen format, provides a wide-ranging, cost-effective solution. For companies that need to encode for standard SD formats (NTSC or PAL) in addition to mobile formats, the high-compression BE9110 is an efficient solution. It supports both main and baseline profiles, all resolutions from the 1024 x 768 of the iPad down to the smallest 64 x 48 QSQCIF formats, and bit rates ranging anywhere from 100Kbps to 5Mbps. For companies unwilling to accept any limitation in encoding capability, either of input or output, the versatile BE8500 combines all the SD and mobile abilities of 9000 Series systems with all the HD abilities of 8000 Series systems. Finally, for customers with multi-channel needs looking to reduce per-channel cost, the BE6400 and BE9400 systems wrap all the encoding capabilities of four BE6110 or BE9110 single-channel systems into one economical 1U box.
